Jason Burke Awarded The Todd Prize

Jason Burke, author of the From the Archives history blog, has received the James E. Todd Prize (jointly) at the Queen's University MA winter graduation.

The Todd Prize was established in 1996 in memory of Professor James E Todd, Professor of History at Queen’s from 1919 to 1945. This annual award is made to the student who has achieved the highest overall result in the dissertation on an aspect of Irish history.

Jason's MA dissertation was titled: 'Military History From The Street: A Case Study of East Belfast's Military Service in the First World War'.
